No materials can be higher than the top of the trailer and the tarp must be able to close and lay flat. An additional fee may be applied if dump trailer is overloaded.

Dump trailer is placed in your driveway, parking spot, or lawn. A & C Dump Trailer and Hauling Services will not be responsible for damages to your property due to placement of trailer.

Any prohibited hazardous materials dumped will be returned to customer. Customer will be responsible for any fines. See “Prohibited Materials” list for reference.

Any damages to trailer caused by improper loading/overloading will be customer’s responsibility.

Trailer should always be loaded evenly and start with loading the debris at the front of the trailer

If loading requirements are disregarded, trailer will need to be unloaded to proper loading capacity and a service fee of the cost of the trailer will be charged to the customer.
